Konnektis:  Operations Project Manager

Konnektis is helping the millions of people who receive formal care to continue living independently, in their own homes. The digital platform we have developed enables this independence by enhancing real-time communication and collaboration between the person’s formal and informal care networks. The successful candidate will work on high profile pilots with large metropolitan districts councils across the nation, whilst getting to explore the all aspects of our growing business and helping to shape its future from within.

Overview of Role

Enthusiastic, adaptive, and excited to work closely alongside our CEO and the whole team to support and guide growth. You will be the day to day overseer ensuring the delivery of numerous projects within the company. By working with all the members of the team you will develop and deliver our product to local authorities and homecare agencies across the country.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures

  • Drive and oversee daily operations of the company

  • Manage relationships with suppliers, customers, and partners

  • Train carers and homecare managers in the use of our platform

  • Participate in our user co-design process to continually improve our offering

  • Support product and service users by responding to their day-to-day problems

  • Assist the CEO in fundraising

  • Raise the social and public media presence of Konnektis

The ideal candidate

  • Experience in running and delivering projects through their entire lifecycle and/or relevant training that could include a bachelor's degree in a relevant subject

  • Enthusiasm for leading a tech for good startup with excellent growth potential

  • A creative and active mind, with a drive to explore and pick up new ideas

  • Strong organizational and leadership abilities

  • Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills

  • Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving

  • Familiarity with MS Office and online collaborative tools, with flexibility to engage with new tools and technologies

Hours and Salary

  • Full time (temporary to permanent)

  • Start Date: Immediately

  • Some flexibility to support out-of-hours support may be required

  • Salary negotiable based on experience but in line with start up rates (~£20,000)

Based in central London or Yorkshire.  Role will require some travel but a driving licence is not essential.
