Regional Projects Manager


  • Konnektis is an early-stage revenue-generating company whose developed digital communications platform transforms the recording and sharing of information in home care

  • Reporting to the CEO, the Regional Projects Manager role will manage the roll-out of our contracts in our current regions of operation in the North of England and more widely as they are implemented

The Konnektis digital platform transforms care delivery, placing the person at the centre of their care, enabling better communication and collaboration among their support network, while enabling people to participate in their own health and wellbeing to the fullest extent possible.

Konnektis aims to be the in-home platform that records and shares the information that supports home care of older people, a growing multi-billion pound market driven by an ageing population and the need for integrated care services.

We do this by installing an accessible, secure and reliable hub in the home of the cared-for person that acts as the central point for the care network supporting them to access, record and share information. Importantly, because Konnektis is in the individual’s home, we ensure that they are able to participate in their care to the fullest extent possible and that the support that they receive is holistic and truly person-centred.

Konnektis is securely hosted in the cloud, which enables data to be shared at the point-of-need with the full range of carers providing support, including health professionals, care workers and informal networks such as friends and family.

We are building out of existing public sector relationships in the North of England and plan to roll out further in the course of 2018. We have investment fund and HNW capital in place to support growth in coverage and team as we grow.

Role responsibilities

  • Primary responsibility for on-the-ground project planning, management and engagement with key stakeholders within our customer organisations once a new deployment has been agreed

  • Developing working relationships with stakeholders throughout these organisations: from CEOs to Social Care Directors, operational managers and front-line care staff

  • Liaising with Konnektis’ technical team to ensure any development requirements are clearly captured and prioritised, their business impact understood and that they are reflected in our roadmap

  • Training users on the system and working with our Service team to iterate and improve our training process over time

  • Working in partnership with our service and technical teams to ensure that the Konnektis system is deployed effectively at launch

  • Building and managing deliverable project plans for deployment and scaling and taking primary responsibility for communicating this to all stakeholders

  • Working with Konnektis’s management team to identify, measure, report and respond to KPIs

  • Monitoring system usage and performance in partnership with the Service team to identify and resolve issues on the ground where appropriate

  • Reporting to the CEO


  • At least 5-years project management experience, preferably in or working with the public sector

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively across a range of stakeholders

  • Highly organised with a strong background in using a range of cloud-based project management and communication products and a willingness to learn new systems quickly

  • Strong level of technical awareness and ability to quickly understand both our product and also the environment of 3rd party products that support the Konnektis system

  • Ability to work both autonomously and closely with our teams in the North of England and London as required

  • High energy level and ability to balance multiple complex projects

  • Prince-2 qualified would be an advantage

  • Willingness to travel to support project deployments, including overnight as required

Location and terms

  • The role will be based in the North of England. Konnektis is currently based in Leeds/Bradford and Manchester and is willing to offer flexibility of work location for the right candidate
