Sales & Marketing Assistant

An exciting opportunity to join a leading digital healthcare software service provider in the North of England. If you want to work within a dynamic and energetic team, where the focus is on significantly improving the communication within the care sector, then we would love to hear from you

About us

The Konnektis digital platform transforms care delivery, placing the cared-for person at the centre of their care and enabling better communication and collaboration among their support network, while people receiving support can participate in their own health and wellbeing to the fullest extent possible.

Konnektis aims to be the primary in-home platform for recording and sharing the information supporting people that receive care in their own home or supported living environments, which is a growing multi-billion pound market driven by an ageing population and the need for integrated care services.

We do this by installing an accessible, secure and reliable hub in the home of the cared-for person that acts as the central communication point for the care network supporting them to access, record and share information. Importantly, because Konnektis is in the individual’s home, we ensure that they are able to participate in their own care to the fullest extent possible and that the support that they receive is holistic and, thereby, truly person-centred.

Working in partnership with global technology providers, Konnektis is securely hosted in the cloud, which enables data to be shared at the point-of-need with the full range of carers providing support, including the health professionals, care workers and informal networks such as friends and family.

We are building out of existing public and private sector relationships in the North of England and are now rolling this out across the UK during the course of 2019. We have investment funds and HNW capital in place to support growth in coverage and team as we move forward.
